Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- Not peeled, applied, cut, altered, washed, or damaged
- In their original packaging
- Complete with all included parts, sheets, accessories, or instructions
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For wall decals, window films, window clings, and similar adhesive or peel-and-stick products, we cannot accept returns once the item has been applied, partially applied, removed from the backing sheet, cut, or otherwise used.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@getdecalplanet.com.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review the issue, we will do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been used, installed, applied, peeled, cut, altered, washed, or damaged
- Wall decals, window films, or stickers that have been removed from their backing sheet or partially applied
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
As stated above, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to certain non-returnable items, such as custom or personalized products, or items that have been used, installed, applied, peeled, cut, altered, or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
